After much discussion, study, and prayer, the Re-opening Task Force recommends that we return to weekly indoor, in-person worship beginning on Sunday, October 25th. This recommendation prioritizes the desire of many in our church family who wish to return to indoor worship. However, certain risk mitigation efforts will be required in order to reduce the likelihood of viral transmission. These recommendations pertain to worship only, not other church gatherings or group meetings (guidelines for which are being developed separately).

Morning Light begins at 8:45 a.m. in Swetenburg Hall, ending at about 9:30 a.m. Note: A live stream of this service will not be available at this time.
Traditional Worship begins at 11:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary, ending at about 11:45 a.m. Note: The 11:00 service will continue to be streamed live at www.fpcga.org.
Sunday School classes will refrain from in-person gatherings at church at this time, and are encouraged to continue to gather virtually. The Re-opening Task Force continues to discuss options for groups that typically would meet in smaller rooms at the church.

Note: On the sign-up screen, please select ‘tickets’ to indicate that you will be attending worship. Though the word ‘tickets’ is used here, actual tickets are not required to attend. This is merely the most convenient way for us to monitor attendance data.
