Thanks to technology, even during a pandemic we can gather together to celebrate joys, share sorrows, and stir up “love and good deeds.”
We are looking for Zoom Hosts and leaders for groups of 12 or fewer people to gather for the purpose of Christian fellowship every week or biweekly. Groups can center around hobbies like fly-fishing, gardening, or be a book study, Bible study or time for general fellowship and sharing prayer requests.
Even as the church moves forward with re-opening plans, we know some may not feel safe at in-person gatherings. Even for those who do – since the virus may surge in our community in the future, we want to form more online connections so that every member of our church sees the faces, hears the voices and celebrates the lives of the people who are the church at First Pres.
Interested in being a volunteer host? Contact Margaret at the church.
